Fall and Winter Registration

Registration for our Fall and Winter Programs will open in September. 

 

Thank you for your interest in FOCUS programs. Before you proceed with registration, please take a moment to read this important information on FOCUS policies and the registration process.

FOCUS Policies

FOCUS policy is that payment is due at the time of registration. Payment plans are also available, please contact the Programs Office at (203) 505-7522, or at programs@infocus.org, to discuss setting one up.

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payments can be made online. Please note that credit cards are not automatically processed online. They are reviewed by the Programs Office before being processed.

 

If you would prefer to send a check, we expect to receive payment within two weeks of submitting a registration. Please send check to the the following address:

If you have been approved for a scholarship, please select that option on the payment page of online registration. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please contact your local area staff for an application.

Cancellation

The program fee is refundable as follows: full refund with more than 30 days notice; 50% refund with 15-30 days notice; and no refund within a 15 day period of the start of the program, except in the case of an emergency.

Online Registration Process

Online registration is the quickest, easiest and most reliable way to register for a program. As indicated above, you will have the option of paying via credit card, or selecting the pay by check or the scholarship option. Please be sure to click on the "Submit" button to assure that your registration is processed.

Create your account: You will need to create a new account with which allow you to register for programs now and in the future. If you have previously created an account, you can use your username and password to log into your account.

 

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation of your submitted registration and payment information within one week of your completed registration.

 

Follow-up Forms: You will receive a follow-up email prior to the program which will include the FOCUS Medical Forms, and FOCUS Travel Form. These forms are available on our website. Please do not make travel plans until you have recieved the registration confirmation email from the Programs Office.

 

Mail Registration Process

To register by mail, please download the registration form and send it or fax it to the Programs Office.
