Payment

FOCUS policy is that payment is due at the time of registration. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express payments can be made online. Credit cards are automatically processed online. If you prefer to pay by check, please send a check made out to FOCUS Programs to FOCUS Programs Office, PO Box 1027, New Canaan, CT 06840. If you have been approved for a scholarship, please select that option on the payment page of the online registration. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please contact your local area staff for an application prior to registration. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please select the four month payment plan option. To make partial payment, if you have received a partial scholarship, or if you would like to pay an outstanding balance, please do so by logging into your account below and clicking "View My Submitted Registrations" or by contacting the Programs Office at 203-505-7522 or at programs@infocus.org.

Cancellation

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: full refund with more than 15 days notice; no refund within a 15-day period of the start of the program, except in the case of an emergency.

Online Registration

Online registration is the easiest, quickest, and most reliable way to register for a program. You will automatically receive an email when your registration has been submitted. Submitted registrations are then reviewed by the Programs Office. Upon review, you will receive an email confirmation stating your registration acceptance or placement on a waitlist and including payment information. You will receive this email within one week of submitting your registration online.

Create your account: Parents will need to create a new account for your household which will allow you to register for programs now and in the future. If you have already created an account for a prior program, you can simply login with your username and password.

Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your submitted registration immediately, and a registration acceptance email or notification of placement on a waitlist, along with payment information within one week of your completed registration. This email will also contain follow-up information.

If you prefer not to register online, you can print and mail in the registration form. Please thoroughly complete the form and mail to the following address:

Please allow at least seven days for us to receive your registration. Once it is received, you will be notified via email with the registration and payment information.
