Onsite Ministry Training

• Theological and biblical training, mentoring and field experience under the supervision of seasoned Area Directors and staff
• Training in public speaking, lead Bible studies, and organize events.
• Participatation in theological and biblical study, staff meetings, and fellowship
• Option to live with host family
• Increasing involvement in Focus ministry and national programs

Offsite Training and Development

Regular times of training and retreat with other Fellows to:

• Time for spiritual growth, reflection, prayer and study
• Establish personal habits that encourage prayer and a more thorough understanding of the Bible
• Identify and develop personal skill areas and how they
  apply to youth ministry work
• Attend accredited seminary courses in OT and NT Survey
• Develop a world vision through service in the inner-city and other missions opportunities
• Training in fundraising and creating a support network
